A short history...
Started as a Neighbourhood Watch ... more content ...
Some of the things we've achieved
- LTN consultation and call-in
- Pedestrian subways (foot tunnel) consultation
- Litter Picks
- Local election hustings
- Sustainable Streets consultation
- Investigated projects for Neighbourhood Growth funds
What we're hoping to achieve
- Continued litter picks
- Support opting out of glyphosate spraying on weed in local streets
- Follow up on mitigations for the increased LTN traffic
- Press for progress on the pedestrian subway improvement project including fixing the lighting
- Encourage planting and looking after trees on local streets and beside the A102
- Look at potential projects to bid for Neighbourhood Growth Funds
- Support Wilder Greenwich planting hedging and bulbs on the Westcombe Park side of the pedestrian subway
- Raise issues relating to the car pound, such as 24hr noise of the trucks
