A short history...

Started as a Neighbourhood Watch ... more content ...

Some of the things we've achieved

  • LTN consultation and call-in
  • Pedestrian subways (foot tunnel) consultation
  • Litter Picks
  • Local election hustings
  • Sustainable Streets consultation
  • Investigated projects for Neighbourhood Growth funds

What we're hoping to achieve

  • Continued litter picks
  • Support opting out of glyphosate spraying on weed in local streets
  • Follow up on mitigations for the increased LTN traffic
  • Press for progress on the pedestrian subway improvement project including fixing the lighting
  • Encourage planting and looking after trees on local streets and beside the A102
  • Look at potential projects to bid for Neighbourhood Growth Funds
  • Support Wilder Greenwich planting hedging and bulbs on the Westcombe Park side of the pedestrian subway
  • Raise issues relating to the car pound, such as 24hr noise of the trucks
